This masterplan visualization showcases the Clean Energy Special Economic Zone’s strategic spatial organization—balancing industrial functionality, environmental safety, and urban livability. The LNG Terminal sits along the coastline, with safe buffers separating it from the Bulk Port, Warehousing Zones, and urban uses. Medium and light industries are placed between these hubs and a lushly planned residential-commercial core, which is located over 2km inland. A meandering central green corridor links workspaces with lifestyle zones, blending clean energy infrastructure and smart urban systems into one harmonious, future-ready environment.
The Clean Energy Economic Zone represents a bold vision for sustainable urban and industrial development—one that prioritizes environmental safety, strategic zoning, and smart infrastructure. By seamlessly integrating residential, commercial, and industrial areas with clean energy logistics and port facilities, the masterplan fosters a resilient economic ecosystem while minimizing ecological disruption.
