District Planning & Streetscape Identity
The Ronggui East Riverside New Town is thoughtfully divided into six distinctive districts, each curated to embody a unique character and function. From the commercial vibrancy of Sky Mall in District C to the leisure-driven energy of District A’s Riverside Drive Gardens and Marina Club, the masterplan ensures a balanced mix of uses. Residential enclaves such as Riverhouse Gardens (District F) and the more urban, park-oriented Central Park (District E) offer diverse living environments while integrating commercial and recreational amenities. The spatial planning focuses on blending high-density housing with accessible public parks, waterfront promenades, and multi-functional hubs, forming a city within a city.
Key to the masterplan’s success is its strategic streetscape and orientation framework.
