Located in the Enterprise World Building, this corporate office for Penta Global Advisers (PGA) reimagines the modern workplace through the lens of environmental health and spatial clarity. Every design decision—from low VOC finishes to full-height glass partitions—was guided by a commitment to occupant wellbeing, natural light, and seamless visual connectivity.

Statement of Stability

The PGA reception area embodies calm authority and understated luxury. A backdrop of warm timber cladding grounds the space with natural texture, while the cream travertine reception counter introduces refined contrast through its sculptural solidity. The matte leather furnishings in muted greys are carefully arranged to foster both formality and comfort — offering visitors an immediate sense of composure and welcome.
Overhead, linear acoustic ceiling slats and concealed lighting create a serene visual rhythm that complements the overall quietude. Together, the spatial composition communicates trust, professionalism, and clarity — essential values for a financial advisory firm.
A Breathable Workplace
This communal space within the PGA office exemplifies how interior design can support internal air quality and occupant well-being. Generous full-height glazing maximizes daylight and promotes natural ventilation, while the spatial layout encourages free air circulation between seating zones. The sleek marble-effect flooring, streamlined cabinetry, and clean ceiling planes minimize dust traps, contributing to a healthier, low-maintenance environment.
Plants at the bar and pantry zones add biophilic touches — not just aesthetic, but functional elements that aid in improving air quality. By pairing visual openness with material restraint, this space transforms a typical break area into a calm, health-conscious retreat overlooking the urban skyline.

Refined Simplicity in Transition Spaces

This corridor design exemplifies how transitional spaces can convey sophistication and spatial rhythm through minimal means. A restrained material palette of polished stone and warm-toned wall cladding evokes quiet elegance, while the linear lighting embedded in the ceiling guides movement and adds visual structure. The design avoids unnecessary ornamentation, allowing materiality and geometry to take center stage.
Sculptural niches punctuate the length of the hallway, creating curated pauses that subtly humanize the scale of the corridor. Each inset display becomes a focal point of contrast—pairing deep-toned textures against the creamy stone to add depth and drama. The mirrored wall opposite extends the visual rhythm, amplifying the sense of spatial continuity and flow. This approach transforms a functional zone into an elevated spatial experience.
Beyond aesthetics, the spatial planning promotes intuitive navigation and visual comfort. Soft ambient lighting and acoustically responsive finishes ensure the corridor feels calm, quiet, and dignified—qualities that support a professional setting while subtly reinforcing the brand’s attention to detail and quality.
Clarity, Comfort & Connectivity
This open office plan embodies clarity in both visual and spatial communication. Defined by a neutral palette and soft carpet flooring, the space balances acoustic comfort with a sense of openness. Linear lighting integrated into the ceiling panels enhances spatial depth while ensuring consistent illumination throughout the working zones. Frameless glass partitions delineate individual rooms without compromising transparency or daylight access.
Greenery is thoughtfully integrated across workstations, adding a biophilic touch that subtly improves air quality and visual comfort. The careful arrangement of furniture promotes collaboration while still allowing individual focus. By combining ergonomic design, efficient circulation, and calming finishes, the layout reflects a workplace strategy centered on wellness and performance. The result is a workspace that fosters productivity while remaining calm, clear, and connected.

The interior design of PGA’s corporate office reflects a vision of calm sophistication and executive clarity. From the moment of entry, the space communicates prestige through a palette of rich timber accents, polished stone, and refined lighting strategies. The reception and waiting areas are composed to evoke trust and professionalism, while breakout spaces and internal offices prioritize wellness with high internal air quality, daylight access, and biophilic integration.
Carefully detailed zones—from corridor art niches to collaborative pantries and open workstations—are unified through clean lines, tonal harmony, and acoustic consideration. PGA’s workplace is more than just functional; it is a spatial embodiment of the firm’s global ethos: modern, grounded, and forward-thinking.
PGA’s workplace proves that corporate interiors can be both purposeful and poetic — where every spatial move supports clarity, collaboration, and calm. This is where design becomes not just backdrop, but quiet leadership.
