What sets this masterplan apart is its green urbanism approach. Lush ecological corridors and car-free green belts weave through the city, linking districts with expansive parks and open spaces. These pedestrian-first pathways not only promote walkability but also serve as connectors between neighborhoods and the larger recreational landscape.
