Radisson Hotel Phu Quoc is envisioned as an integrated eco-resort nestled within Vietnam’s tropical coastal landscape, where architecture and nature exist in seamless harmony. The masterplan draws inspiration from mountains, water, and the sea—symbolized respectively through the Condotel, Villa, and Hotel zones—creating a spatial narrative of retreat and reconnection. With lush landscaping, placid waterways, and cascading terraces, the design guides visitors through a sensory journey, from vibrant mixed-use frontages to private villas and finally to the tranquil, sea-facing hotel. This thoughtful zoning not only enhances the experiential quality of each area but also fosters a cohesive environment where leisure, culture, and nature coalesce into a serene, immersive destination.

A Masterplan of Balance and Escape

The visual composition of Radisson Hotel Phu Quoc captures the harmonious layering of resort living through architectural clarity and landscape immersion. From the lush waterfront villas to the vertical towers that frame ocean views, every zone is orchestrated to reflect the surrounding natural elements—mountain, water, and sea. Gentle curves in pathways, elevated promenades, and the reflective canal cutting through the site create a continuous dialogue between built form and tropical landscape. The masterplan unfolds gradually, allowing guests to experience privacy and openness in equal measure. This tranquil rhythm is reinforced through material textures, verdant terraces, and a layout that invites discovery, framing the resort as both an architectural retreat and a destination of experiential depth.
Radisson Hotel Phu Quoc exemplifies a seamless fusion of architecture and landscape, where every spatial gesture contributes to a holistic experience of retreat and renewal. By integrating built form with the rhythms of nature, the masterplan not only defines a luxury hospitality destination but also nurtures a sense of place deeply rooted in its coastal context. The resort becomes more than a collection of buildings—it is a curated environment that celebrates stillness, flow, and the timeless allure of tropical living.
